On November 19, 2014 the JSC VimpelCom company (Beeline Business) reported[1] cooperation with Ural Airlines.

The Ural Airlines actively implements modern technologies of online service of passengers who are called to make the most comfortable a travel at all stages: from the choice of run and armoring of tickets before registration and payment by plastic cards directly aboard.

In September, 2014 the Ural Airlines had a line of the Support service of passengers from Beeline Business. Thanks to service "8-800" clients of the company of any region of Russia can obtain the interesting information as mobile phone, and from stationary is free.

By number of the Support service of air passengers data on the status of run, on balance of the bonus cards "Wings" and "Corporate client" are available, it is possible to get advice about flights by Business class, to purchase the ticket using the plastic card, to learn more about tariff plans and runs, to make changes to the ticket and also to specify rules of transportation of baggage and hand luggage.

At the moment all staff of airline is connected to a corporate tariff plan, offices are provided with services of fixed connection, wire and wireless Internet access is provided.
