In November, 2014 Microsoft signed the four-year agreement with Real Madrid Club de Fútbol. Terms of the contract assume cooperation in creation of the digital platform integrating admirers of legendary Spanish team worldwide.[1]
The digital platform built on cloud solutions of Microsoft (in particular, on Power BI for Office 365), will provide fans of the Madrid football collective with "the exclusive, personalized and completely configured digital services and content", the vice president of the American company Orlando Ayala reported.
"They will be able not only to select the pleasant content, but also to create own in any place. As the sport became full-fledged community, we decided to organize social and other digital methods of communication of admirers of club with friends and relatives in real time" — the top manager of Microsoft added.
Microsoft will provide the software and services where admirers of Real will be able to read exclusive news of club, to be connected to broadcasts of matches, to browse statistics of last meetings in a convenient format, to build visual diagrams on the basis of the queried information and many other things.

On the presentation of the digital platform the head on development of instruments of data analysis of Microsoft Mark of Reger (Marc Reguera) showed how by means of a product it is possible to create complete statistics of the heads of Cristiano Ronaldo since 2003 with evident satellite display of the cities where goals were scored.
The president of Real Florentino Perez called the strategic agreement with Microsoft "the powerful alliance capable to change relationship of millions of fans of club".
The trainer's structure and players of Real will receive Surface Pro 3 tablets with pre-installed applications for closer interaction of the personnel working in the most expensive football club at the planet. Using the loaded analytical tools, team coaches will be able to study efficiency of a game of football players, to define long-term trends and even to predict injuries.
Financial side of cooperation of Microsoft and Madrid Real is not sounded. According to Forbes, it is about $30 million which will be paid by football club for development of the IT platform.
