"Tinkoff Online Insurance" automates sales channels of products

On November 24, 2014 the Technoserv Consulting company announced an implementation project of a management system for insurance business of Guidewire in "Tinkoff Online Insurance".

Project Tasks

"Tinkoff Online Insurance" changes model of the insurance business — sales and customer service are conducted only by means of remote channels: Internet portal and contact center. The main loading is the share of IT systems. The main business processes of the company are supported by technology of Guidewire company.

Project Progress

Technoserv Consulting completed a stage of creation of a complex IT system of management of insurance business in JSC Tinkoff Online Strakhovaniye. According to the statement of the contractor, the project - the first large-scale implementation of a complex of the Guidewire Insurance Suite systems in Russia.

"Tinkoff Online Insurance" uses the IT system supporting a full stroke of sale of policies of assurance of travel, the real estate, a car (KASKO and the CMTPL) and accidents insurances. In work data of the integrated CRM system are used. A part of policies is on sale through the Internet portal — clients independently make out and pay insurance services. Calculation of quotations for the policy is automatic in the Guidewire Policy Center system.

Management of finance is implemented by means of Guidewire Billing Center. Settlement of losses is automated with Guidewire Claim Center.

An insurance system is integrated with the 1C: Accounting application, the reference book for check of the addresses of clients, reference books of banks and currency rates, the mail server and a digital exchange.

Project Results
