On November 21, 2014 the TransTeleCom company announced providing a range of services of communication to Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (TFOMS).

Within the agreement the Macroregional branch "Verkhnevolzhsky" of TransTeleCom company (TTK-Nizhny Novgorod) provided to TFCMI broadband access in the Internet with a speed of 20 Mbps and also connected a local, intra-zone, intercity and international telecommunication for 55 landline phone numbers.

"Expansion of a fiber-optical communication network of a TTK in Nizhny Novgorod allows to provide Internet access, telephony and other high-quality telecommunication services to the increasing number of corporate clients. Among them – Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Nizhny Novgorod Region which office is bred in the new business center connected to our network. Today communication services of a TTK are available more than in 80 office downtowns", – the associate director - the head of the Access block of macroregional branch "Verkhnevolzhsky" of TransTeleCom company Stanislav Askinadze commented.
"Modern communication services are necessary for Fund for the solution of a broad spectrum of tasks of interaction with divisions in all territory of the area, medical institutions, medical insurance companies and the population, to ensuring control of quality of medical care and provision of medicines. We hope that possibilities of a communications infrastructure of a TTK at our new office will allow to solve successfully these problems", – the director of the compulsory health insurance Territorial fund of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Svetlana Malysheva noted.
