"The Volga-Vyatka bank of Sberbank" optimized electronic document management for corporate clients

In "The Volga-Vyatka bank of Sberbank of Russia" in November, 2014 the pilot project on implementation of new service within E-invoicing electronic document management system came to the end. Now clients of bank can receive from bank of the invoice for the rendered services in electronic form certified by the electronic signature of the authorized person of bank and which are legally significant documents.

"Are sure that new opportunities of service of E-invoicing will satisfy requirements of our most exacting corporate clients regarding exchange of legally significant paperless documents and also will allow to increase quality of service for such banking services as collection, foreign economic activity, settlement and cash services and others" — the chairman of "The Volga-Vyatka bank of Sberbank of Russia" Sergey Maltsev noted.

In the whole E-invoicing represents a universal electronic document management system using which clients of bank can solve business challenges regardless of distance between partners, scales of business and a type of activity. Use of E-invoicing allows to refuse transfer of paper copies of documents. With E-invoicing service clients can not only exchange electronic documents with the partners, but also interact with tax authorities on providing the reporting, noted in bank.

"The Volga-Vyatka bank of Sberbank" also starts the pilot project allowing bank to exchange with clients through E-invoicing other electronic legally significant documents within agreements of collection (acts of the performed works, reports on the commission, invoices for payment).

2016: In the Volga-Vyatka bank PJSC Sberbank the number of users of service of electronic document management of "E-invoicing" for corporate clients reached 6 thousand

For the last year the number of clients who actively use E-invoicing service increased by 3.5 times. In April, 2016 Sberbank is going to start a full stroke of credit document flow in electronic form for representatives of large and medium business.
