"MSR - the ASI" represents the global system of collecting and accounting of data on the all component parts used by production and allows to obtain instantly in case of fault or defects all information on a product and producer, including statistics of failures and contacts of customer service.

The operation principle of a system is based on formation of electronic identifiers (electronic passports) for all products used in production with the subsequent marking of products a unique matrix barcode which gives an information access, put in the identifier. Data of all electronic passports contain in the integrated database, access to which can be got by means of the smartphone with the special software. A system is developed by the KBOR company entering into United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation and will be implemented at the enterprises of Sozvezdiye concern.

"In other words, if now on production to find information on the part which failed not so simply and not so quickly, then after implementation of our automated system, it can be made literally in read seconds. Brought the mobile scanner, considered a barcode and got access to the electronic passport of a product", - the CEO of "KBOR" Atyukin Alexander explains.

The database contains electronic directories of the enterprises, suppliers, products, electronic passports and information on route of delivery. The identifier, in turn, provides a maximum of information on a product, including not only the manufacturer, serial number, date of production, but also statistics of failures and phones of customer service.

Formation of the database is possible both in open, and in closed circuits. The open circuit assumes the minimum information on a product, access to which it is possible to get by means of the normal smartphone with an installed software "MSR-2D-skaner". The smartphone reads out and will recognize a barcode, further on communication channels 3G/GSM sends a request for the server and loads the electronic passport of a product from the server. The closed circuit contains expanded information which is read out only by the protected smartphone with the set software "MSR the Passport".

A system is designed on modularity that allows to finish and expand in short terms its functionality depending on individual requirements and tasks of the enterprises. "MSR – ASI" is developed on the basis of the previous technological solutions "KBOR" in the field of automated systems created for services Emercom of Russia, Russian Federal Border Service and State Budgetary Institution Moscow Property Treasury and provides the high level of protection, information transfer and storage.
