The automated control system for transport logistics of JSC Seversky Pipe Plant provides the necessary and sufficient level of business process automation, increases controllability, allows to increase quality and efficiency of customer service, allows to achieve close coordination of technology processes of JSC STZ and company carrier (JSC "Russian Railways"), reduces labor input of document flow, preparation of analytical reports and documents.
