On December 2, 2014 the Mango Telecom LLC company announced the beginning of providing cloud communication services to the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry (the Perm CCI).
Project Tasks
The purpose of start of cloud services - improvement of work of Chamber and quality improvement of customer service and partners.
Earlier for customer relation and partners 25 fixed phone numbers were used. The need for such quantity of points of communication was caused by the scale and vigorous activity of the organization: the member and customer base of Chamber – more than 5 thousand organizations.
The management of Chamber made the decision on implementation of a modern system of telephony in 2014.

Project Results
The complete solution provided to the customer an economic and high-quality communication and allowed to estimate the potential of the IP telephony and cloud business applications.
Along with product introduction of Mango office the special customer relations department supervising interaction with partners, accepting and controlling the main flow of the entering and outgoing calls which total volume reaches 1800 calls a day is created.
Management of the Perm CCI had an opportunity of control of work and training of employees, the additional indicators connected with quality and regularity of communications are entered into the system of their motivation.
The virtual PBX and call center keep a call recording, consider start time and the terminations of the working day of specialists, total attendance time to lines, quantity of the received and missed calls.
For December 2, 2014 two offices of the customer in Perm, branches in the cities of Lysva and Tchaikovsky are connected to Mango office services.
