The cloud service of Univef SLA is intended for monitoring of geographically distributed multiservice network infrastructure and quality of the communication channels rented by customers at the operator. The solution underwent in 2014 the procedure of state registration in Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) and is entered in the Register of the computer programs for No. 2014660488. Certificates of Rospatent legally assign right possession of software of Univef SLA to Univef and by that give to the company ample opportunities on providing this solution as in the form of external "cloud" service in the SaaS model (Software as a Service), and in the form of the ready-made product which is completely placed on the platform of the customer.
The solution Univef SLA provides to the companies increase in availability and quality of the consumed telecommunication services due to monitoring of performance and control of communication channels, identifications of bottlenecks and timely warning of emergency situations in the distributed network infrastructure according to agreements on the service layer (Service Level Agreement, SLA). According to the experts, use of software of Univef SLA leads to quality improvement of communication services for 60% within the first three months after implementation.
2016: Univef SLA is approved as type of measuring instruments
In December Univef received the certificate of the Federal agency on technical regulation and metrology (Rosstandart) about the statement of the hardware and software systems Univef SLA as like measuring instruments according to the set qualifier of measuring instruments of the Russian Federation. The corresponding data are entered in the State register of the approved types of measuring instruments for No. 65753-16.
Obtaining the certificate means that the Univef SLA complexes meet everything the metrological and technical requirements set by the existing legal acts of the Russian Federation can be used as the certified measuring instrument when testing data networks, and the data obtained with their help are objective and reliable.
