FC Uralsib (CourseLav)

The division of training and personnel development of Corporation with assistance of WebSoft company was succeeded to unroll the full-scale system of assessment and personnel training which covers more than 10000 users working in six Regional directorates of Corporation which are territorially covering almost whole country.

In the project the whole range of the products of WebSoft company covering practically all range of technologies of distance learning is used:

• End-to-end system of assessment and personnel development and distance learning of WebTutor;
• Editor of electronic CourseLab rates;
• Electronic rates from WebSoft library;
• The electronic rates developed by WebSoft.

For today in a system 52 rates, including banking products, work rates with clients and other subjects are used.

The WebTutor system was integrated with the mySAP ERP HCM system.
