The number of users service of "E-invoicing" in Northwest bank of Sberbank grew by 20%

In 11 months 2014 the number of corporate clients of Northwest bank JSC Sberbank of Russia - users service of "E-invoicing" - increased by 22% in comparison with the same period of last year. As of December 1, 2014 the number of the clients who are actively using service grew to 2.2 thousand.

"At connection to "E-invoicing" the client receives the whole range of services, including "one window of the taxpayer" for interaction with external partners and regulatory authorities – partners, tax administration, social insurance fund, Rosstat and others, - the chairman of Northwest bank JSC Sberbank of Russia Dmitry Kurdyukov commented. - In 2014 clients made already more than 20 thousand transactions".

"E-invoicing" is the universal electronic system allowing the organizations to exchange all necessary documents during a business activity of the companies (invoices, acts, civil documents, etc.) in electronic form, without use of paper carriers. Implementation of service of "E-invoicing", became possible thanks to expansion of functions of a system of Internet banking "Sberbank Business Online" which is actively used by legal entities for account management, settlings with partners, the direction in bank of registers on transfer of the salary.

All documents transmitted using the E-invoicing system have the same legal force, as well as paper. Thanks to the electronic signature, all assignable documents find legal force and can be shown in the tax inspection or arbitration.

Till December 31, 2014 in JSC Sberbank of Russia the action takes place - the clients connected to service of "E-invoicing" pay only 50% of a subscriber rate within 5 months from the moment of connection.

In the E-invoicing system since August, 2014 the new functionality – the Cloud Electronic Signature is implemented. It is an analog of the normal electronic signature which to be stored not on a token (electronic key), and on protected resources of Certification center. Only its owner has access to the Cloud EDS: the system of protection with authorization by the SMS excludes a possibility of use of the electronic signature by the third parties.
