Ukrlandfarming implemented the modules "Classical Office-work (Office)" and "Management of Memos"

On April 26, 2016 the LAN SERVIS company announced continuation of implementation of the module Office in Ukrlandfarming group.

Project Results

The project allowed to solve requests in operational and effective processing of incoming correspondence, to accelerate its processing, will provide confidentiality and also will exclude loss of information and transfer to her third parties. Besides, helped to reduce working time by document retrievals and to increase executive discipline.

Results of implementation of the functional module "Classical Office-work (Office)" and "Management of Memos":

• Simplification of processing of the entering, outgoing, paper documents.

• Structuring correspondence.

• Improvement of culture of office-work, influence reduction of "human factor" by quality of training of documents.
• Increase in level of responsibility for work with correspondence and control of its accomplishment.

• Unification of process of work with the entering and outgoing documents on Group.
• Formation of uniform storage for storage of the entering and outgoing documents.

On November 11, 2014 the LAN SERVIS company completed business process automation in Ukrlandfarming group based on EDMS "Directum".

Choosing a Solution

The holding announced the tender in which different ESM and EDMS of a system took part. As a result of careful selection by the winner there was a LAN SERVIS company, the certified partner of "Directum" in Ukraine.

Project Progress

In January, 2014 in Ukrlandfarming group the project "System implementations of electronic document management based on EDMS "Directum" started. He will allow to solve requests in operational and effective processing of incoming correspondence, to accelerate its processing, will provide confidentiality and also will exclude loss of information and transfer to her third parties. Besides, will help to reduce working time by document retrievals and to increase performing discipline.

The project includes implementation of 3 modules: "Management of memos", Management of office and Contract management. Now prepares for start in operation the first two modules. For them stages were prepared: analysis, optimization, design, setup and system testing.

Special attention in the project was paid to training of staff of Holding. It was carried out based on "The center of the certified training of LANS" for rates: "Basic systems capabilities" and "Administration of the Directum system.

On the next stage works on the analysis, optimization, design and setup of contract management processes and contractual documents were carried out to "Ukrlandfarming".
