VOCORD Tahion works six years at city facilities of Stupino

In December, 2014 the Vokord company – one of developers and producers of intelligent systems of video surveillance and audioregistration – announced that the system of survey video surveillance VOCORD Tahion functions in Stupino of the Moscow region within the Safe City program existing in the region since 2008.

The flagship product of Vokord company – an intelligent system of survey video surveillance with functions of video analytics VOCORD Tahion which found application more than in 70 projects of the class "Safe City" and intended for large geographically distributed objects monitors road and public security of Stupino in places of the increased accident rate and mass accumulation of people.

A system is implemented on the main strategic city facilities: the largest transport hubs, streets and areas. Among them: five intersections differing in a big flow of pedestrians and vehicles (from them three intersections located at entry into the city); The Central square of V.I. Lenin and Metallurgov Square; the parking at city hospital and the square in front of the Ice arena; the square in front of the station with transition in ways. Information on violations arrives and undergoes processing in a control room of the Stupino ATC.

Among the main objectives there are programs: rapid response by bodies of the ATC to different non-staff situations, including at threat of acts of terrorism; decrease in number of the street offenses and crimes committed in public places; decrease in effects of road accident; increase in solvability of theft of vehicles.

During six years' work on objects of Stupino the hardware-software complex of VOCORD Tahion proved the high efficiency and the big social importance. So, in 2009 Stupino entered the six of the safest cities of Moscow area and now continues to remain one of the safest regions in Russia.

The Vokord company told that system implementation of survey video surveillance of VOCORD Tahion in the territory of the Stupino district in the next several years should receive large-scale continuation.
