• Create a methodical, organizational and technology basis for review of the regulatory and reference information used in information systems of JSC St. Petersburg Heating Grid company;
• Provide JSC St. Petersburg Heating Grid company with the relevant, approved and consistent regulatory and reference information for accomplishment of the tasks by it.
