Pelco Esprit HD Series is a multifunction video surveillance system of Esprit, permission of video filming of Full HD (1080p).
Esprit HD
On December 10, 2014 the Schneider Electric company announced release of a multifunction video surveillance system of Esprit.
The Esprit HD system provides stream transfer of images in real time by means of the standard Internet browser, the Pelco VMS system or integration into other video systems through API or ONVIF S.
The last improvements provide integration with any HD system working under the IP protocol, and thanks to existence of flexible configurations allow to consider such parts as persons, car numbers, playing cards in casino, etc.
As a part of improvements:
- image clarity: the Esprit 1080p HD system has the following characteristics:
- resolution is up to 1920х1080, format 16:9, video a flow of 3.5 Mbps;
- functions with a wind speed up to 145 km/h (hurricane);
- permission 1080p at writing rate up to 30 frames / with;
- 30-fold optical increase;
- 12-fold digital increase;
- existence of technology of broad dynamic range (WDR).
By Esprit HD 1080p it is focused for use on location with a heterogeneous landscape and at accomplishment of tasks in which image quality - a crucial factor.
Advantages
- The settings set by the user: the built-in analytical tools allow to program the Esprit HD system on accomplishment of any of a set of the algorithms developed by Pelco company. A system will work in preset time and in the set mode depending on needs of the user. For example, the camera can be mounted in the Calculation of Objects mode to count the number of the people entering the premises during the day, and is transferred to the Sabotage Detector mode allowing to include signaling when moving or closing the camera in the evening. Additional individual preferences, such as function of blanking of a window which is not allowing the camera to break personal privacy in zones which should not be covered by video surveillance are available. The analytical Pelco tools are compatible to Endura and other systems of third-party developers supporting a signaling system using Pelco API.
- Protection of an optical and fiber system of the video camera: the Esprit HD video camera in the aluminum body with a powder covering which allows use, as out of and in premises. The camera Esprit HD is equipped with the receiver and the block of panning and an inclination. The built-in cartridge of optics (IOP), or the built-in hermetic cartridge of optics (IOC) is a part of a single system. IOP provides security blanket from environmental activity, and hermetic IOC protects optical and electronic components of the camera from the moisture and pollutants which are contained in the atmosphere. In case of frosting a system will be cleaned from ice and prepared for operation at a temperature to −25 by °C. Working temperature: from -45 °C to +50 °C.
- Compatibility: the Esprit HD system supports compression of a video flow in the High-Profile H.264 standard which provides the better image and a sound, than the MPEG-4 codec, and is 20 times more effective than the compression standard MJPEG. The video surveillance system has an open architecture that provides compatibility with software tools of record of third-party developers and allows integration practically with any video surveillance system of HD working under the IP protocol. Besides, the compatibility with profile S of the ONVIF standard provides the maximum flexibility at integration with other systems. As well as all solutions for Pelco IP video cameras, the Esprit HD system it is compatible to the solution Endura Enabled™ that allows to keep record, control, configuring and viewing several video flows in real time. At connection to network system of video surveillance of Endura HD the video surveillance system has access to the solutions EnduraStor and EnduraView optimizing image quality and efficiency of use of frequency band.
