The DIRECTUM system is the main management tool electronic documentation and an optimization appliance of business processes in Tserikh bank. In a project deliverable the quality of business document flow and internal interaction in bank significantly increased.
The Tserikh (Ltd) bank since 1995 provides a broad spectrum of financial services to both private, and corporate clients. A crucial element of philosophy of bank is high quality customer service taking into account their individual requirements. The management of bank attaches great value to technologies of effective management of electronic documents, regularly performs business process optimization.
The paramount task consisted in automation of work of clerks and secretaries of the management. At the subsequent stages the implementation project covered processes of management of electronic documentation and internal interaction of employees. Integration of DIRECTUM with the automated banking system allowed to increase data processing rate and obtaining reports.
To provide participation of employees in workflows out of office, web access was configured. The possibility of remote work in a system allowed employees whose work is connected with frequent business trips, always to have access to corporate information.
System implementation increased quality of business document flow in bank and increased its efficiency due to reduction of time for search and approval of documents and also increase in performing discipline of the performed works. Employees of the bank perform transition to DIRECTUM 5.0 and actively master the master of actions – the special tools allowing to automate several same, the going in a row actions.
The evidence of successful work of bank in DIRECTUM is the provided statistics for November, 2014: 78 thousand tasks, 87 thousand documents, 355 thousand tasks.
