The available station did not conform to requirements to equipment of the situational centers.

Selected CallBox Contact-center because the basic functionality covered 80 percent of our requirements, attracted also lack of licenses to further scaling and the cost of completions was very available in comparison with other solutions.

Implementation of basic functionality was carried out to short terms, at a development stage and adaptation under our requirements specialists considered our requirements and made changes on our requests within technical support.
