Permanent availability of communication channels is necessary for the settlement and processing centers working in real time for high-quality customer service. Failures of telecommunication equipment or data transmission channels can lead to loss and incorrect payment processing and requests of users that negatively affects the relation of clients to all service.

Specialists of DEPO Computers booked audit of network infrastructure and developed the solution on its setup according to customer requirements. The routers providing Internet connection of autonomous system of the customer were configured by engineers of DEPO Computers so that each of them serviced only one channel, at the same time while on one of them there is data transmission, another is used as the equipment, reserve on a case of fault, or failure of communication. For the HSRP protocol used in autonomous system the possibility of transfer of the address of the gateway by default between routers was configured that provided automatic switching of the channel from active on the standby device at emergence of any problems. The choice of the active router at a normal operation mode engineers customized systems depending on the parameter of a priority which value automatically changes every time at failure in operation of the device or a communication channel that allowed to provide unconditional jump of connection on the operational canal. Besides, the possibility of automatic transfer of the outbound traffic on the canal having shorter way to the addressee according to routing tables of the external BGP protocol was adjusted. When switching to this mode the channel is selected every time on the basis of information on routes to autonomous systems.
As a result specialists of DEPO Computers configured automatic transfer of connection on efficient channel and provided the continuity of business processes of the customer.
Not to interrupt processing of requests of a payment service, configuring of the equipment was performed by specialists of DEPO Computers during the periods of a minimum load of a system: at night and on the weekend. Thus, the carried-out works had no negative impact on functioning of service, on the contrary, innovations right there had a positive impact at the service level of clients.
