Inspur TSK1 is a high-end failsafe server of Inspur company.

It is developed on architecture of CC-NUMA. The Inspur TSK-1 server meets the high requirements of stability, reliability and high performance. By means of unique architecture, the systems of tracking and cooling, to interchangeable components and the failsafe operating system the ultrahigh performance, exclusive stability of work, expansibility "on the fly", the high level of security and complete controllability is reached. The indicator of system availability reaches 99.999%.

Distinctive features

  • Independent development, class hi-end device. In the failsafe Inspur TSK1 server the most different technology innovations, for example, in system architecture, construction of the protocol of the bus, construction of a chipset of a core, the hardware, configuration and the cooling system, system BIOS, failsafe operating system kernel and also in development and installation of software tools are implemented.

  • High performance and powerful power supply. In the Inspur TSK1 server the modern Intel processors Itanium of series 9300 with a basic frequency ≥1.6ggts, a cache of L3 24 MB, with support to 32 processors, 128 physical cores, 2048 GB of OZU and peak indicators of calculation capacity with the fixed point ≥ 819.2 GIPS and peak indicators of calculation capacity with a floating point ≥ 819.2 GFLOPS are used that provides high parameters of performance according to the most strict system requirements. Many key indicators of the server corresponding to the leading samples of the professional servers presented at the world market, such as capacity of processors and their number, peak calculation capacity, capacity of drives, amount of data storage devices, telecommunication characteristics, capacity of interfaces of input-output, scalability of devices of input-output, etc. are reached or exceeded.

  • The innovation architecture and the leading positions among devices of this class. Thanks to the advanced development in system architecture of CC-NUMA, original "double wings" systems can create closely related dual huge server network. The subsystem of connecting communication provides full compatibility and support of multiple parallel networks. For a subsystem of input-output the distributed collective structure of interfaces of input-output is used.

  • Advanced characteristics of fault tolerance, stability and reliability. Construction of the professional failsafe Inspur TSK1 server corresponds to world level of the most high-class devices. In a system the multilevel mechanism of fault tolerance with a combination of equipment rooms and software tools and technology of high availability is used. The device is designed taking into account functions of reservation and high availability at the different levels of chips, modules and the system software. System availability exceeds 99.999%, and time of a stop does not exceed 5.26 minutes.

  • Corporate development of the system of security and reliability. The Inspur company independently developed and tested the operating system conforming to the LSB and POSIX standards which is compatible to serial databases and cross-platform software. Based on architecture of CC-NUMA and high-performance processors, in the server optimization of a system core and drive control and processes is implemented that allows to reach high rates of reliability and performance. High degree of system availability is reached thanks to implementation of a subsystem of error control, a frame of protection of drives, the system of virtual monitoring with high efficiency and low use of resources and also the "program container" allowing to isolate an error of the equipment and to make dynamic separation of components. Besides, the server supports technology of dynamic reconfiguration of operating system kernel, transfer of processes and also reservation of key hardware and function of "hot" replacement.
