State housing inspectorate of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (BARS. Housing and public utilities-housing supervision)

On December 11, 2014 the BARS GROUP company automated activity of the State housing inspectorate in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

Goals and Objectives

The implemented modules "BARS. Housing stock" and "BARS. Housing supervision" will help to control a status of housing stock of the region and to react quickly to the complaints arriving from citizens.

Result

As a result of automation there was an objective picture of a status of housing stock of the region, all document flow, calls accounting of citizens and work with them are transferred to an electronic form, activity of management companies became more transparent, and quality control of the services by more effective rendered by them. Besides, a system solves internal problems of formation of analytics and the reporting for the top officials of department, load of inspectors is planned and the quality of their work is estimated. The cloud solution provides geographically unlimited access to the single database of the State housing inspectorate.

Mikhail Kurenkov, the deputy manager - the chief of control analysis department of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, noted: "Implementation of modules of BARS.housing and public utilities allowed to raise KPI of work of the State Housing Inspectorate. Inspectors of housing supervision received the effective tool for conducting checks - from their planning before preparation of reports and control of completion dates of all documents".
