Integration

Integration with the operating IT environment and processes with the assistance of ActivePlatform: the solution supports four types of the plug-ins helping to expand basic functionality and to be integrated with internal and external IT systems:

• the "entering" plug-in:
  • a command set of API by default for accession of a cloud service.

• "outgoing" plug-in:
  • it is used when the cloud service is too difficult and cannot be integrated through the entering plug-in.

• plug-in "external IT system"
  • the solution used for connection of the platform with external systems, such as payment systems, registrars of domains, SMS gateways, etc.

• plug-in "internal IT system"
  • the solution used for integration by the IT systems set at the customer such as payment, CRM, technical support service, management system for the identification information etc.
