For management of multifunction hotel complex Teriyoki software products of UCS company were selected.

The resort of Teriyoki is a respectable country complex which is on the bank of the Gulf of Finland, in the city of Zelenogorsk. For comfortable rest in the extensive territory are located: hotel, SPA zone, yacht-club, conference room and restaurants.

Automation of subjects to placement was carried out using the Shelter v.2 system. The software product provides not only accommodation of guests, armoring of the number of rooms, work with accounts, etc., but also has special potential which significantly increases the level of service.

The module "Manager of Actions" helps to supervise all events which are taking place in the territory of the resort. Thanks to the option "Booth" which allows to perform quick sale of services, without binding to the folio (account) of the guest, to take bicycles and segways in rolling, to use services of SPA and the pool, third-party visitors of a complex can not only living hotel, but also.

Teriyoki's guests can independently book hotel rooms, using worldwide network and popular Internet services. This opportunity using the module Internet armoring is implemented.

For object management of public catering the R-Keeper v.7 system was selected. Thanks to the software it was succeeded to optimize all activities of restaurants. Jobs of cashiers, waiters and managers are equipped.

In daylight saving time in the territory of a country complex the tent in which buffet receptions and banquets are also held is established. Function on service of banquets is specially provided in the R-Keeper v.7 system. It is performed through separate maintaining banquet orders and at the cash station is executed by introduction of data in the special program menu.

For conducting inventory accounting the system module StoreHouse v.4 integrated with the program of accounting 1C: Accounting is implemented.

Remotely the server module WEB MONITORING helps to control work of restaurants. With its help it is possible to receive data on functioning of the enterprise from any place in the world online.

A personal deposit and discount system allows to create a permanent circle of loyally configured visitors and to keep any marketing programs.

According to Alexey Aleksandrovich Kuzmin, the head of IT department of country club Teriyoki, implementation of program developments of UCS - Shelter v.2 and R-Keeper v.7 became an important step on the way of increase in profit and increase in the service level of guests.
