The companies there was a need to create Contact-center for increase in rendering service quality and obtaining necessary statistics in work. The first project was performed completely "on a turn-key basis". In the course of work additions in work of Contact-Center were made. After the successful first project the second project which was also performed "turnkey" that allowed to make corrections to work of Contact-Center similarly was started. Further the decision to leave one of projects on maintenance was made.
