The Bend company acted as the contractor in the project, the Contact-Center providing creation. The main emphasis in CallBox Contact-center was focused on incoming calls and their deep analysis by different parameters. The necessary functionality of CallBox Contact-Center allowed to perform it. Also the customer needed to carry out integration with 1C for obtaining additional functionality. It was also made within the project. After a stage of the CallBox Contact-Center setup by the Bend company the decision on independent maintenance of a system of the customer with an opportunity receiving necessary consultations from outside Mayasterisk was made.
