Rostelecom transfers to outsourcing service linearly - cable constructions

On December 17, 2014 the MAYKOR company announced signing of the contracts with JSC Rostelecom on operational maintenance linearly - cable constructions of local communication networks of the operator in three municipal Districts of Volga Federal District.

IT and business processes tasks of maintenance of stability of provision of services of communication are transferred to service provider in the Vavozhsky district of Udmurtia, in Aleksandrovsk and Pervomaisk areas of the Orenburg region in the field of outsourcing. "Broadband access in the Internet", Interactive television and "Local telephone communication", status monitoring, maintenance and rectification of faults on linearly - cable constructions of communication, subscriber lines and also payphones of providing universal communication services belong to duties of the outsourcer ensuring timely and high-quality service of users of JSC Rostelecom at provision of services.

Specialists of MAYKOR should bear responsibility for holding seasonal actions for operation of objects of communication and other scheduled maintenance for maintenance of stable functioning of network.

Within three years of MAYKOR it is necessary to be responsible for stability of work more than 30 thousand automated jobs, and service of printing at 1200 offices of Rostelecom in the Volga Federal District.

Among duties of specialists there is MAYKOR on support of the automated jobs (AJ) — carrying out timely maintenance and start of new automated workplaces, elimination of possible failures in operation of the equipment, software updating.

Within service "service of printing" MAYKOR will undertake all functions and costs on service of the equipment and providing with supplies, the customer will pay only for the printed pages. Tasks of the outsourcer include also monitoring of printing: the corresponding system will accumulate all information on operation of the printing equipment and the number of the made copies, the analysis of these data will give the chance to predict and plan costs for printing taking into account real business needs.

For contract performance of MAYKOR filled up staff of branches in Volga federal district with profile specialists. For operational execution of requests on service a company performance integrated the Service Desk systems.
