AXELOT automated a warehouse of OLT LLC company

December 16, 2014. The AXELOT company announced completion of automation of work of a warehouse of the leading supplier of autobuses and disks of OLT LLC.

Choosing a Solution

Aiming to increase efficiency and quality of work with clients, the management of OLT LLC considered it necessary to automate work of a warehouse. As at the enterprise software products of 1C Company were already used, as the WMS system it was decided to use "1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse" and to integrate it with a corporate information system "1C: Trade Management". The AXELOT company – the creator "1C Logistics became the contractor of the project: Management of a warehouse".

Result

As a result of system implementation the full stroke of work of a warehouse including all necessary transactions was automated. Mobile and stationary jobs are created. Mobile radio data collection terminals of Motorola MC3190 and MC 9190 and also stationary and mobile printers of labels Zebra are connected.

Project Results

Thanks to automation it was succeeded to ensure smooth operation of a warehouse without performance penalty, to increase its capacity, to increase the speed of all technology processes. The quality and efficiency of personnel are increased, the dependence on a human factor is reduced, regrading is almost excluded. As a result, customer service quality increased. Besides, implementation "1C Logistics: The management of a warehouse" allowed to carry out to the shortest possible time inventory of a warehouse both entirely, and in parts.
