Document flow Tseler is automated based on Docsvision

Choosing a Solution

The Tseler company itself sells the made products, taking and accompanying orders from the moment of obtaining the request before shipment of finished goods. Need for business process automation and the document flow connected with a production cycle arose in connection with the growing number of requests (on 5000 requests a year) and paper documentation which was inconvenient to be processed and analyzed.

The program which would systematize an information stream and integrated all business processes, had to represent connection of an electronic document management system and the settlement modules which are specially created for the needs Tseler implemented on one general platform. Specialists of Webzavod company studied a question and worked optimal solutions for implementation of this project. The Docsvision platform was the tool which was ideal for the solution of this task.

Project Progress

Based on Docsvision 5 using specialists of Webzavod company all necessary was implemented: both EDMS, and organic implementation in it several computing modules that provided a possibility of step-by-step tracing of production of parts and also collecting of various statistical data for the analysis and control at any stage of activity of the enterprise.

Result

As a result of implementation of EDMS Docsvision and the solution on its base, in Tseler company document flow significantly accelerated, the efficiency of interaction of employees from different departments increased. Time for processing of requests as using the program a number of calculations is automatic was reduced, and already ready documents - commercial offers, specifications, diagrams of shipment, the passport of products and others are created. Convenience of document retrieval in uniform base and simplification of control of all stages of work of the enterprise also became results of implementation of Docsvision.
