December 17, 2014. The SoftExpert company announced end[1] of the project on automation of MOF Parizhskaya kommuna Ltd based on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system.
Choosing a Solution
The management of holding made the decision on transfer of the enterprise on a new information system which would allow to unify forms of personnel documents and agreements, to create uniform reference books of positions, to strengthen control of settlement with personnel.
For the solution of assigned tasks the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system was selected. The SoftExpert company having extensive experience of implementation of similar projects at large manufacturing enterprises became the partner in implementation.
Project Result
- Payroll taking into account specific additional payments is completely automated: Chernobyl areas, harmful production, replaceable diagram. Complete payroll is executed twice quicker now. The documents necessary for the report before Committee of social protection also form in the automatic mode, quickly and without errors.
- In a system the mechanism of accounting of price-work dresses is implemented. At the same time account of development is kept both on employees, and on models and process charts. It helps the management to regulate work of pieceworkers quickly: it is more rational to plan load of each individual employee and change in general. Such approach does production by more mobile, allows to make decisions on loading of lines quickly.
- Personnel document flow is unified. Now all three factories work with uniform samples of agreements, orders, sheets. The organization structure is arranged. As a result, the reliable, comparable information reflecting the real situation in divisions comes to head office.
- Thanks to solution integration with the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 and 1C: Accounting 8 systems the head office can quickly make decisions on correction of normative cards in which information on duration of each transaction by production of this or that model is reflected. It helps to plan loading, to check justification of charges and in general to control staff expenses.
- Besides, expenses on technical support of a system were cut down for 80%. Now all updates, settings and other transactions are executed by forces of system administrators of factories.

Now accounting and HR department work in the unified information system. Personnel department forgot about preparation of reports in spreadsheets. We do not go on offices with leaflets any more, we do not lose important papers, probability of commission of an error extremely low.
