A main objective of creation of this company is decrease in cost value of suburban transportations and a share of budget grants in revenues of the company and also reaching profitability and improvement of service quality of the population.

For the company which is engaged in transportations the time recording is an important component of labor discipline as electric trains work according to the accurate schedule and delays because of delay of employees are simply not admissible. Time supervision helps the administration to estimate objectively work of each employee, and personnel to observe corporate standards and to use effectively every minute the working day. For this reason the management made the decision to automate process of a time recording and stopped the choice on the biometric BioTime system for several reasons. First, the BioLink Solutions company is a developer of this biometric system and has more than 6000 successful implementations across all Russia and the next CIS. Secondly, BioTime has flexible configurations of working schedules and reports, both on separate divisions, and on each employee.

Daily more than 80 traveling ticket clerks note the movement on bases of dislocations, putting a finger to the biometric BioLink FingerPass TM terminal. Data retrieveds are automatically entered in a biometric system, further they are exported from BioTime to 1C, and on the basis of this information automatic payroll is made. It is important to note that thanks to use of identification on fingerprints, a system can guarantee the most reliable accounting of a worked time, allowing the company to pay the employees only for real work.
