Servionica (I-Teco Group) signed at the end of 2014 the agreement with Alfa-Bank on rendering outsourcing services in setup and maintenance of telephone equipment, systems audio-and video conferencings and also network equipment of Cisco. Thanks to examination of Servionika the Bank will be able to increase quality of interaction of employees and efficiency of their work.
The complex of the rendered services will include installation and settings of new devices (phones, faxes, systems audio-and a video conferencing and other ancillary equipment), maintenance of the devices which are already used in Alfa-Bank (including – management of the corporate park of mobile devices, database maintenance of subscribers) and preparation of the user instructions. The staff of Servionica will also provide support of holding sessions of a video conferencing, including drawing up the schedule, processing of requests, call-down of customers and failure handling or faults.

Participants had to correspond to several criteria at once: it and existence of resources for accomplishment of tasks necessary for us, both the competence level, and reputation in the market, as provider of outsourcing services, plus to all above-mentioned low cost. According to the results of the tender, difficult competitive struggle was won by Servionica company. I hope that transferring key functions on support of means of communications and network infrastructure to Servionika, we will increase quality and performance of work of the employees" — the Head of department of network infrastructure Nastasyuk Anton Aleksandrovich commented on signing of the contract.
According to survey conducted by Marketing Consulting in 2012, motivation of many companies to transfer of a part of business processes on outsourcing is the lack of own IT examination, the shortage of IT personnel and the equipment and also desire to use advanced technologies. Outsourcing of IT services is not only a method to save money and time, but also an opportunity to adopt the best industry practices and to concentrate on key business competences.
