There was a need to smoothly transfer old automatic telephone exchange to new with a possibility of expansion to call center. The choice was accepted deliberately. Special attention was paid to functionality of the solution and scalability without considerable costs to the level of call center. A choice was made towards the company Mayasterisk. The project included everything setup and further maintenance of a new solution.
