Drawing up terms of reference was conducted not one month. Creation of a CRM system for request processing from clients was a necessary condition. Consultation was conducted throughout the entire period of preparation of the project. Also tools were provided for outgoing call center. A system routing of calls was rather difficult as included distribution a call from several branches. The Mayasterisk company coped with the project without delays.
