Implementation of CallBox Contact-Center took place smoothly. Integration from the operating automatic telephone exchange on E1 flow was carried out. The Contact-Center originally assumed participation of group of operators no more than 10. Further the staff increase to 50 and transfer of other subscribers to new automatic telephone exchange was supposed. Customizability allowed to change internal settings of telephony depending on the arising requirements.
