February 6, 2015. The Navicon company (Navicon) reported[1] about implementation of management accounting in Intercomp company.
Choosing a Solution
The management made the decision to bring internal management accounting to new level: it was necessary to implement a technique of objective control and assessment of processes to resolve the management conflicts with operational divisions. For project implementation the Navicon company was selected. During demonstration of the ready-made solution Cost Allocation executed based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV it became obvious that its functionality conforms to requirements of the customer.
Result
As a result of implementation in Intercomp company the possibility of cost accounting on types of activity appeared (Activity Based Costing model). The functionality of a system allows to create a finite number of the process focused profits and loss statements on each line of business with the actual indicators of EBITDA. A system influences bonus calculation of managers of the company.
Thanks to Navicon Intercomp passed to the system of management accounting in only 1.5 months. The basis of the solution of integrator was formed by the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
