City administration Rostov-on-Don (ATSK-Gosudarstvenny / Municipal order (ATsK-Goszakaz))

For coordination of the processes connected with purchasing activity with the electronic budget of the municipal entity, in 2015 in Rostov-on-Don the automated system "ATsK-Munitsipalny the order" was implemented. Feature of the project is that in the city not just there was a mechanism for purchase management, but also its integration with schedule systems and budget implementation was performed that allowed to coordinate process of budget planning of 2016 to process of formation in the system of the draft of the purchase plan.
