April Software 1C: Retail automated "Kalinov Bridge" based on a product

December 22, 2014. The Kalinov Bridge company is automated using the solution "1C: Retail".

In the spring of 2010, in connection with expansion of retail chain stores, sharply there was an issue of automation of retail. With permanent increase in the sold products, it became obvious that a third of working time of the seller is spent on routine filling of sales journals in manual, delivery of the corresponding reporting in a hand-written type. With same the complexity of efficiency analysis of a company performance, not always was connected in time and it was precisely possible to estimate profitability of each shop and company in general.

Choosing a Solution

Having carefully studied structure of work of Kalinov Most LLC and a wish of heads, 1C specialists: April Software suggested to automate retail of the company of the customer using the 1C: Retail software product. At a meeting detailed demonstration of the program was carried out, all interesting issues are agreed.

After the fruitful negotiations with specialists of 1C Company: April Software, together with the management of Kalinov Most LLC the decision on implementation of the 1C: Retail software product more than on 30 outlets was made. For smoother inclusion in work of sellers and all system of trade, implementation in each separate shop it was carried out step by step.

Project Progress

Forces of specialists of our company with active participation of staff of Kalinov Bridge company in the shortest possible time succeeded to start work of all retail stores that allowed to keep operational accounting of trade inventories in trading floors and in warehouses of shop and also the cash accounting in cash desks of shop using 1C.

For obtaining relevant reports, both for heads, and for accounting multifunction exchange between such divisions of the company as the retail stores working at a 1C system basis was configured : Retail, the central office keeping account in 1C: Trade Management and 1C: Accounting.

When work in the automated shops was well under way, specialists continued to broadcast already effectively working system in other shops of network, trained employees, optimized standard functionality of the software product under the requirements revealed during trial operation of Kalinov Bridge company.
