December 21, 2014. The ELIAS company announced product introduction "to 1C: Lease and real estate administration" in RosEvroDevelopment company.

Choosing a Solution

The RosEvroDevelopment company contains in the project portfolio already more than 700 thousand square meters of complete objects of a commercial real estate. At the same time all works connected with maintaining the register of a real estate, charge of the rent and control of payments were conducted so far by department of accounting in the accounting database. Such approach complicated efficiency of receiving and data recording and also did not allow to receive the unrolled management reporting with necessary analytics on the main workflows. For the purpose of increase in effective management of the company the decision on implementation of an information system based on a product "was made by 1C: Lease and real estate administration", developed jointly by 1C and ELIAS companies.

Project Progress

Specialists ELIAS executed product introduction, adapted it for accounting and management at the enterprise. In the course of execution of works on business process automation of the company the following tasks were solved:

  • Maintaining register of a real estate;
  • Accounting of lease agreements;
  • Multi-currency calculation and the automated charge of lease with any task of the period, terms and rates;
  • Group formation and printing of finance documents;
  • Design of payments and prepayments by standard configuration documents of 1C: Accounting 8 with automatic diversity of advance payments on objects of lease;
  • Calculation and maintaining Acts of removal of meter readings on randomly the set rated services;
  • Formation of report forms according to lease agreements, including by objects of lease, to charge and repayment of the rent, charge and repayment of a penalty fee, cash receipt, the free areas;
  • Possibility of setup of own printed forms of agreements and the applications to them in the MS Word format on the basis of templates connected from external files;
  • Interaction between commercial and accounting divisions is configured.

Project Results

Finally system implementation based on a product "1C: Lease and real estate administration" provided company management quality improvement, reliability of storage, structuredness and efficiency of data acquisition. In further plans implementation of functionality on management of operation of a real estate.
