Dixy implements the system of consolidation of financial statements in group

On December 24, 2014 it became known of project completion of system implementation of consolidation of financial statements on the Oracle Hyperion Financial Management platform and Oracle Financial Data Quality Management in DIXY group. The project was executed by CORUS Consulting group.

Project Tasks

Acceptance of timely management decisions by management of DIXY group is integrated to operational obtaining reports on all divisions entering into group of companies. The limited functionality of the existing information systems and a monthly cycle of preparation of the consolidated statements occupied a progressive tense. For reduction of a cycle on preparation of the international and management reporting the company management made the decision to automate processes of preparation and consolidation of the reporting. Based on the tender, as the platform the company selected solutions of Oracle. Determined by the contractor of the project CORUS Consulting Group.

Project Progress

Project participants formalized the operating methodology of preparation of the reporting and adapted it for automation. Configured and held testing of a working prototype of the automated system of consolidation of the reporting (ASCR). An important stage of the project - setup of integration of ASKO with the accounting systems and packets of data collection. After closing of several periods of the reporting into ASKO DIXY Group passed to its commercial operation.

Project Results

Significant result of use of ASKO - reduction of terms of preparation of the monthly reporting more than twice. During the project processes of data collection are accelerated, risks of errors using automated verifications of the entered information are minimized and labor costs are significantly reduced by data preparation.

A number of adjustments, managerial movements and consolidation is automated. Automatic preparation of the cash flow statement is implemented by an indirect method.
