RST-Invent implemented a system of accounting of overalls based on RFID in Surgutneftegas

The portfolio company Rusnano""" RST-Invent"implemented a recording system and accounting of working suits on the basis of technology of radio frequency identification (RFID) in one of the largest oil companies of Russia Surgutneftegas, says RST-Invent.

"At a fabric cutting stage the RFID tag with unique number is sewed to a certain place of future suit, and in the database record with its characteristics is made. Portal readers in a warehouse of garment factory automatically register the marked overalls at acceptance or shipment. Based on the equipment of JSC Surgutneftegas specially designed hardware and software systems using which the arriving overalls sets are registered", says RST-Invent are also set.

Radio-frequency tags allow to simplify registration of movement of overalls, it is more correct to define the needs for purchase, to increase detailing of inventory data of the different sizes of overalls and so forth.

Data collection is integrated with the automation system of business processes from SAP: at acceptance or shipment of overalls all necessary documents form automatically.
