Kedentransservice implements an information calculating system

On December 26, 2014 it became known of implementation of the information calculating Transportations system in Kedentransservice company.

Project Progress

At the first stage of the project specialists "Leicester IT" together with the management of JSC Kedentransservice created consistent methodology of the expense accounting. The system design led to adding of new bookkeeping registers, simplified work of records department of expenses. The company had an additional opportunity of support of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), namely, an opportunity to accept the expenses suffered, but not exposed by the contractor yet to accounting that, in turn, allowed to minimize a closing time of reporting period and also to reduce a taxable basis.

IRS "Transportations" is integrated with the system of the financial accounting "1C: Enterprise".

"We received the management tool income of each sending. As a result of this project the basis of the final reporting of the enterprise was formed by the credible objective information about expenses. Additional opportunities for decision making regarding domestic tariff policy, commercial work, personnel management and profit opened" — Yury Sukmanov, the vice president of JSC Kedentransservice noted.

"A system is constructed on strict model which connects income and expenses in a whole in terms of accounting, operational and management accounting" — Alexander Menshikh, the associate director of Lester IT LLC emphasized.

Implementation of basic functionality of IRS "Transportations" is carried out in 2012. In development of the project, in 2013, specialists "Leicester IT" developed the intranet portal for the logistic operator to include in the general cycle of transport-forwarding service both the central office, and territorial subdivisions.
