Testing of translation of documents for internal transfer of goods in an electronic form
On December 26, 2019 the company Directum reported that online retailer Wildberries decided to get rid of paper document flow in distribution centers and points of issue. The last will transfer documents for internal transfer of goods to an electronic form.
Under the Wildberries brand for December, 2019 more than 5000 own points of issue of orders for territories of Russia and the CIS countries work. Daily between them and distribution centers over 2100 documents for internal transfer of goods (TORG-13 analog) ply. Originals print every time, then deliver in issue point together with goods, verify names with orders and sign manually. Then paper is sent back to the distribution center.
Test sending, receiving and signing of electronic documents for movement of goods began the 2019th in October. The solution for these tasks was provided by Synerdocs — service in which since 2015 there takes place exchange of electronic documents with suppliers of online store.
Now originals on point of issue will be signed with the help of the electronic signature, and already in a couple of minutes information on it will become available to all participants of exchange.
Complete transition to e-document flow when moving goods between the distribution center and points of issue is planned in 2020.
All cycle of work with documents — from creation before the last signing — will take no more than 1 day. Exchange of electronic way bills with suppliers
Since February, 2019 internet- the shop Wildberries uses the solution Synerdocs for exchange of electronic transport waybills (ETRN) with suppliers. Thanks to what in logistic the Wildberries complexes there are no paper documents, and goods acceptance from suppliers takes place quicker. On May 20, 2019 the company "Directum" reported about it.
The company decided to refuse papers with partners 5 years ago. Initially specialists of sales departments and settlement were connected to work in Synerdocs service, then other divisions, including distribution centers of Wildberries joined them. At the end of January, 2019 the company passed to Synerdocs 2.27 – to bring unformalized documents in service and it became even simpler to process them.
Wildberries continues process automation – transfers new document types to a paperless format. In February, 2019 the company began to exchange electronic way bills with suppliers. For the first two months Wildberries received over 13,000 documents in service. At the same time for work with delivery notes partners actively use mobile solutions – chat-bots Viber and SMS.
Each electronic way bill coming to Wildberries from the partner undergoes formatno-logical control. Thanks to check errors in document creation are excluded, terms of their consideration and signing are reduced.
The company is going to accelerate goods acceptance. All data on the driver, the machine and products will use directly from the electronic way bill. Information will be displayed in a corporate system, and drivers will need only to drive up to the place of unloading as an electronic queue at the appointed time.

Choosing a Solution
Monthly Wildberries receives documents from more than 500 suppliers. Generally it is documents for delivery of goods: laid on TORG-12 and invoice. Most often documents came together with goods, sometimes documents need to be corrected and/or adjusted that led to delays / on delivery of documents from suppliers. Completely to resolve an issue with efficiency of delivery and correctness of document creation and also to get rid of a routine in processing and preparation of documents for checks, the Wildberries online store decided to use service of exchange Synerdocs. When choosing the solution specialists of Wildberries paid the main attention to reliability and scalability of service, with ample integration opportunities and flexible price policy.
Project Progress
The pilot project is carried out from May to September, 2014 – in its framework test exchange with partners was organized. Integration of service with the accounting system on the 1C Platform was in parallel configured that allowed the staff of Wildberries to work with documents in the usual interface.
Result
Transfer of exchange to commercial operation allowed to reduce costs for document flow for partners and to accelerate work with documents in general. In case of errors in documents it is not necessary to wait for the corrected documents for weeks. From this point Wildberries can concentrate completely on development of quality of the main service and make the business more dynamic and effective.
Pavel Vorobyov, the manager of projects of Synerdocs, comments on the project: Transition of Wildberries online store to electronic documents became for us the bright and saturated project within which we received a set of interesting solutions. For example, we seriously promoted in the field of integration of Synerdocs into non-standard versions 1C as the specifics of work of Wildberries strongly affected a configuration of their accounting system. New solutions and experience appeared during connection of partners – we connected about 500 companies independently with support of staff of Wildberries. It allowed us to draw a set of the correct conclusions on how to make transition of the trading companies to electronic documents simpler and quicker.
