The Leroy Merlin network selected Powercom for protection of new hypermarket

December 25, 2014. The new shop of Leroy Merlin network announced protection against failures in the external electric network using the equipment Powercom Vanguard 33.

The hypermarket in Zelenograd became the eleventh in Leroy Merlin network of the Moscow region. Stable work of all park of a computer hardware of new shop and also accident-free functioning of a lighting system are provided by two uninterruptible power supply units from a line of Powercom Vanguard 33: The Powercom VGD-60K33 UPS expected 48 kW services a message the park of server devices and personal computers having twice the smaller power of the Powercom VGD-30K33 UPS is responsible for support of a system of abnormal and evacuation lighting.

Three-phase UPSes of the Vanguard 33 series are executed according to the transformless scheme on IGBT transistors that allows to lose dimensions and weight of the device. Devices have the minimum input nonlinear distortion coefficient and soft start from the power supply network. Thanks to the high-performance microprocessor, the UPS of this series provide giving on loading of the sine wave voltage created with a high accuracy.

In hypermarket of Zelenograd the service company of Medayn Tekhnologiya - the official partner of Powercom certified by UPS producer on hardware maintenance with power over 4 kVA was engaged in installation and setup of the equipment. At source selection of uninterrupted power strict requirements on providing rather progressive tense of independent operation were considered – both UPSes should support in working order all equipment connected to them for at least 40 minutes. For accomplishment of this task by the company of Medayn Tekhnologiya racks with the additional rechargeable batteries allowing to achieve increase in battery life were mounted and the correct cycle of a charge discharge of these batteries was provided.
