Soft-Unity automated accounting and personnel department in Mosoblgosekspertiz

December 19, 2014. The Soft-Unity company announced completion of automation of accounting and personnel department in "The Moscow regional state examination", based on "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and a budget institution staff 8".

Choosing a Solution

Representatives of Mosoblgosekspertiza addressed to Soft-Unity company concerning automation of conducting tax, accounting and personnel records. The client – public institution that needed to be considered when choosing the software for implementation at the enterprise. Our specialists analyzed needs of the customer and offered two software products: "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" and also set of client licenses.

Goals and Objectives

The selected set of products allows to solve the following problems which were designated by the customer:

• automatic payroll calculation with support of new wage systems of employees of federal budgetary institutions;
• automatic calculation of monetary pay of employees on the public civil service;
• accounting of state, budget and autonomous institutions, etc.

Project Progress

In in advance approved day service engineers of Soft-Unity delivered and installed the selected and paid software products, configured unloading of data from one program in another, tested a system and showed to workers the main functionality of configurations. After completion of installation users asked the interesting questions to specialists of Soft-Unity.

Result

Implementation of configurations allowed to implement all tasks facing specialists of Soft-Unity. The transparency and efficiency of accounting increased that led to decrease in errors and increase in speed of work of accountant officers. Eventually, it positively affected enterprise performance in general.
