Hamelin (department of Canson) (DMReports)

The world famous Canson Brand uses DMReports for the analysis of financial activities.

DMWorks Systems completed implementation of the DMReports platform in department of Hamelin company, the Canson brand answering for activity – the world leader in the field of production of photographic paper, paper for the fine arts, drawing and painting.

DMReports implementation initially pursued the aim of providing finance division of the company with necessary analytical and operational report templates. With respect thereto process of integration included not only deployment of modules of the platform on client side, but also development of ready packets of report templates, for example:

• The analysis horizontal (changes of separate articles of financial statements for one or several reporting periods) and vertical (ratios of different articles in relation to one selected article) percentage changes.
• The analysis of trends (the trend analysis) which characterizes change of indicators of activity of the company for a row of years.
• The analysis of indicators by use of financial ratios which calculation is based on determination of ratios between separate indicators of the reporting.

As a result the staff of finance division and a top management of Hamelin company received the ready-made solution which almost completely solves needs of the analysis of financial performance of the company.
