"The Moscow state examination" completed examination of the BIM project

On December 24, 2014 it became known of completion of consideration of the first BIM project by Mosgosekspertiza.

Project Progress

The project was developed by Gradproyekt company. In addition to a standard packet of the project documentation, for examination in electronic form the company designer provided a complex information model of an object of capital construction - clinic on 550 places in the residential district New Vatutinki.

As a part of an information model sections:

• architecture,
• constructions,
• heating and ventilation systems,
• water supply and water disposal,
• power supply,
• lighting
• low-current systems.

The project received the positive decision.

BIM represents a possibility of operational obtaining necessary information, often without additional requests to the designer. Advantages of BIM technology are obvious as the model allows to observe the project from within, all interrelations and parts of space-planning and engineering solutions, the applied materials and the equipment.

For December 26, 2014 developments in the field of design compatibility and BIM models of the building are conducted, in the future will become possible to make corrections to BIM model on calculation results in the mode of converting of files of settlement software packages that will help to avoid mismatch of a design model of the building to the made constructive decisions and will make examination of documentation more effective.
