IDLab WorkFlow

IDLab WorkFlow is implementation of technology of business process automation (BPM).

A system is developed for creation of solutions on the Lotus Domino IBM platform. Appointment - implementation at the enterprise of an automated system of development, control and business process optimization.

The technology offers a way of gain of control over what occurs as in a single division, and the company in general (especially on a joint of divisions). The manager has an opportunity to plan rules of interaction of contractors within the procedures, key for the company, and to assign to the system of distribution function of tasks, control of execution, mailing of notifications on running state and providing statistics about efficiency of the functioning procedure. At the same time the way from the idea before implementation is extremely short (implementation of one procedure takes from 1 hour to several days), and opportunities for implementation – are very flexible (any chains of creation of documents, approvals of conditions and decision making, reassignment of tasks, the notification of interested persons, interaction of systems existing in the company are possible).

As a part of IDLab WorkFlow:

• Repository of business processes - a special software module which allows to describe business processes, to provide process of storage and management of the description of business processes

• A set of program components (Core of WF) - components for creation of the applied software modules using workflow technology. The core allows to organize business process for any information object and interprets process description, performs the organization of interaction of its participants
