Content

On January 14, 2015 the Neoflex company announced end in cooperation with YaR-bank of the large-scale project, by request of the last.

Project Tasks

One of strategic objectives which YaR-Bank set before itself in 2011 - start of a packet of the retail services (in particular, acceptance and processing of applications for issue of credit cards, ensuring making decision on issuance of credits within several minutes, sending credit cards to clients courier service, etc.) provided only on the Internet. Development of the innovation direction for "advanced" clients demanded creation from scratch of new IT architecture.

Project Progress

During the project completed in 2013, the Neoflex company solved a problem of implementation of the main component of the project solution — creation of the credit pipeline of retail lending of bank.

At the first stage the Neoflex company rendered consulting services, having created the project of an IT landscape of future retail bank together with credit institution.

At the second stage of the project specialists of Neoflex implemented in YaR-bank the Neoflex FrontOffice system regarding the module of consumer crediting, the system of decision-making FICO Origination Manager Decision Module (OM DM), executed integration of all systems of bank on the basis of the software of IBM. Use of industrial platforms helped to create the modern productive solution considering requirements of foreign investors of bank to quality and innovation.

Project Results

Olga Maslova, the vice chairman of the board of YaR-bank, the project manager of deployment of the RBS systems, noted: "Selecting the supplier of main system of bank — the credit pipeline — we considered experience in implementation of similar solutions and professionalism of a team of specialists of vendor. The Neoflex company executed the project in the promised terms and showed the high level of work. The project allowed YaR-bank to start the retail direction, new to itself, placing the main focus on technological effectiveness and high quality of credit services".
Anton Sparinapti, the director of business development of Neoflex company, emphasized: "For Neoflex implementation of such difficult project was a new call in plot area of credit pipelines.
