The Ministry of North Caucasus Affairs optimizes organizational management processes

On January 16, 2015 it became known of the project of creation of a system of optimization and rendering services of information support of organizational management processes for Minkavkaz of Russia. The contractor in the project Digital Design company.

Project Tasks

According to the results of an electronic auction the Digital Design company acquired the right to execution of works on creation and rendering services of support of a system of optimization and information support of organizational management processes of the Ministry of North Caucasus Affairs. It is supposed to complete installation and a software setup at the end of February, 2015.

According to technical requirements the Digital Design company will create the system designed to provide optimization of organizational management processes and automation of regulations of the general office-work. The solution should be created on the basis of a domestic software platform of Docsvision.

It is supposed, the solution will help:

• increase quality and efficiency of formation of reporting documents within activity of the ministry,
• reduce a set-up time of documents,
• provide effective control of execution of documents
• access isolation to documents.

System implementation will create conditions for the organization of interdepartmental interaction, considerably will accelerate process of document transfer between participants of processes of approval.

Vladimir Kokhan, the director of business development of Digital Design company, noted: "Now at the state customer document flow is organized in paper form. In a project deliverable the ministry will receive a system which will correspond completely to regulations of exchange of electronic documents in interaction of federal executive authorities and will create all conditions for effective document flow in the Ministry of North Caucasus Affairs. Besides, it will allow department to participate in a pilot project on use of the electronic signature in MEDO and to exchange in it documents with the EDS".
