Automated management of the personnel of civil service of the Kurgan region

January 14, 2015. "PARUS corporation" announced completion of implementation of the information system "PARUS-Personnel management of the public civil service" in the Government of the Kurgan region.

The solution allows to keep separate account on each regional executive authority with a possibility of formation of the summary reporting in general under the subject. A system is placed on the server of Management of public service and the personnel of the Government of the Kurgan region, and access for users – specialists of HR departments – is performed via a secure channel of communication according to their job descriptions. Work of all regional executive authorities in the single database allows Management of public service and personnel of the Government of the Kurgan region to make quickly changes to the normative reference information, to obtain data for the Register of public servants and other information on personnel structure, neobkhokdimy to the management of the region.

Today in a single system all 26 executive authorities of the Kurgan region work.

In the short term using a system PARUS is going to automate efficiency evaluation and effectiveness of activity of the public civil servants.
