January 14, 2015. The BioLink Solutions company announced successful implementation of a biometric system of accounting of working time and access control of BioTime in Kalibr company.

Now this system covered 70 employees of Calibre; as a part of BioTime biometric BioLink FingerPass Ethernet-terminals operate. Terminals of two types are used: FingerPass TM considers working time, aFingerPass EX in addition to it is can as well to control physical access. From the point of view of employees functioning of a system looks simply and conveniently: to note the arrival and to pass on a workplace, it is not necessary to look for a card, to remember the PIN code or the password. It is enough to concern the optical fingerprint scanner integrated into the terminals mentioned above, and upon completion of the working day to repeat this action.

Unlike the map or the password the fingerprint cannot be forgotten, to lose or lend, and use of biometric technologies provides the main requirement to a time recording — guarantees reliability of accounting. The data fixed by terminals automatically are broadcast on the BioTime server where are aggregated and serve for formation of various reports. 16 ready reports are already included in BioTime delivery, and it is possible to create their new forms or to change already available using the designer and the designer of reports.

Reports are generated at any time at the request of heads — at most 2-3 mouse clicks for this purpose are required. Extent of detailing — also any: on the company in general, on divisions, individual employees. Automatic mailing of reports on e-mail is provided — for example, every morning heads of divisions can obtain information on the one which of employees was not on working time or was late. The biometric time recording is used at payroll in strict accordance with a number of hours, worked each employee. In the BioTime system there are flexible means for automatic payroll calculation (including processings, work in overtime, days off and holidays); effective integratsiyabiotime and the 1C Platforms significantly facilitates activity of accountants and HR managers, saving them from a set of routine transactions and allowing to focus on the solution of important tasks.
